I would like you to know that I greatly enjoy living in Melbourne Place. I love my home and receive a lot of compliments on the layout and construction. Comments have been made that the workmanship exceeds that of more expensive townhomes of the area.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful from the beginning, and that goes a long way. When I first moved in and had endless questions, Eric was always helpful and patient. Susan at PMI is always pleasant, efficient and very helpful. I am very glad I made the decision to purchase this home from you.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate what Greg has done for my home. I settled on the townhouse at the end of May. Since then there have been a few hiccups with the house. Each time Greg has been pleasant to deal with and gone above and beyond to address any issue that arose. One evening he was on his way home and turned around to come back and go over things with me. As you know this is pretty rare in today's world! His customer service and professionalism is top notch.

Often we complain when things go wrong so I wanted to be sure and acknowledge when something goes right.
